Kalina’s passion for health and fitness stems from her natural desire to incorporate fun, passion and continued personal growth into her life and the lives of the clients she serves. Earlier in Kalina’s life, she was diagnosed with arthritis, inspiring her to work smarter to overcome this physical challenge. Now she works hard to help others overcome adversity in their own lives. Kalina is a certified 200-Hour Yoga Instructor and completing her 500-Hour at the end of July 2015. She has been a personal trainer for over 10 years, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Kalina also currently writes fitness programs and workouts for Muscle & Fitness Hers and Oxygen Magazine, and is a yoga blogger for Quest Nutrition.
