Jessica Anand

Jessica's mission as a teacher is to show others how to heal themselves, activating their desire to work hard and feel good in their bodies throughout all of life’s stages. Jessica has been teaching barre and yoga for the past 7 years. She has studied ballet since she was three years old and loves music and dance. Jessica has completed 500 hours Yoga teacher training at Yogaworks, as well as multiple other yoga and barre trainings. She believes strongly in continuing her education and frequently seeks opportunities to build her knowledge and skills as a teacher. She has worked with a very wide variety of students including pre and post natal, teaching everything from yin to prenatal to sculpt and barre and pilates-based flow, and vinyasa yoga in the heat. Regardless of who or what she is teaching Jessica wants her students to work hard, to enjoy the work and to develop a lifelong practice that includes any kind of movement.
